DB JET trains all employees utilizing the Forest Service 5109.17 Fire and Aviations Management Qualifications training program.  We have a team of NWCG certified instructors who conduct the training for beginning and intermediate firefighters in-house.  For advanced wildland fire fighter training, we also utilize the resources of local universities who provide training with a memorandum of understanding.

Safety is our number one priority and all training and assignments are based on firefighter and public safety, first and foremost.
